Toastmaster

The toastmaster takes care of organizing the event and arranges the order of speakers, by introducing which speaker is next. The event flows smoothly and everything is on time according to the plan outlined prior to the event. Here are some of the examples a toastmaster would do –  ensuring that the venue is setup correctly, greeting  the guests, making sure photography groups are all set up and arranging it so that it runs smoothly, directing guests, announcing the wedding buffet, etc.
