Manisha Patel loves a good sweat and enjoys fitness with real passion. She loves to keep active as she recognises the impact it has on the body and mind. Releasing endorphins plays a big part with mental health, strengthening and stretching plays its part in keeping the muscles and bones healthy.

Manisha is a Personal Trainer and class instructor, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to different types of workouts such as body weight, weight training, resistant band training, pre and post natal, boxing, TRX, HIIT, tabata and trigger point sessions to name a few.

She also loves a good chat so don't be shy to strike up a conversation.

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being.
