Over the last few years I’ve been lucky enough to turn my hobby into my everyday life, I love to coach, motivate and instruct clients either personally or in groups. Exercise plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body, and it makes it possible to create a calorie deficit and lose weight without starving your body and slowing your metabolism. But do not look to exercise as your sole method of weight loss. Working out on a regular basis can help prevent major illnesses, if you’re just starting to exercise or have always been active, make sure you take steps to stay injury free and able to perform to the best of your ability.
