The lead person behind the name is Yuri Jazmin Gonzalez Aguilar; owner, baker, designer and decorator at Jazmin Cakes. Yuri is from Colombia and has a degree in Culinary Arts Management from the University of West London. She has been working in the food industry for 7 years as a pastry chef and master baker. She had been decorating cakes for 5 years at several high-end establishments before deciding to branch out on her own.
